The Manual brightness model offers professionals that may need to engage threats in changing lighting environments the ability to adjust to the exact brightness needed. Manual adjustability gives the operator full control with ten levels of brightness including two night vision levels. Dial it in for a crisp dot with no blooming, halo, or flicker.

WAKEN technology puts Samaritan in standby mode after 2 minutes of inactivity conserving battery life. In an instant, Samaritan WAKEN's once movement is sensed, then returns to the brightness level it was on before going into standby.

SIZE MATTERS

Samaritan offers one of the largest viewable area of any RMSc footprint optic on the market. 17 x 24mm lens with only 26mm total footprint width offers snag free concealability and viewing.

All Samaritan optics feature a crisp, bright 5 MOA dot. In our testing, we found the 5 MOA size to be a perfect dot size for concealed carry, close distance shooting. Offering green and red reticles allow you to make the choice of which works better for you. Either way, you can depend on Samaritan to hit the mark.

I had the opportunity to see the optic in person at Range USA where I work, one of the developers brought one in and I actually ordered one that same day after seeing it. I got the manual brightness green dot, it fit absolutely perfectly on my Springfield Hellcat Pro and came with the correct screws (a problem of the Holosun 507K, the included screws are too long for any of the hellcat models). I love the size of the lens compared to other models (working at a gun store I have seen all other models and this one by far is the best). I also have issues with my eyes, not only do I have astigmatism, the developer does as well and he keeps this in mind so that all the sights that he makes are able to be used by people with astigmatism, but I also have Anisocoria, a condition where my dominant pupil is misshapen and larger than my left pupil as the result of an injury. With Anisocoria, I have issues with all dot style optics, I see green better than red as well, but with lights or lasers it creates a halo in my vision in the shape of my pupil so that dots appear as a "key hole" to me, this is not the case with the Samaritan, this is the first and only optic I have ever used where with my damaged eye I can actually see a definitive circle without any halo! Hence why I bought one right away and if I decide to put a micro optic on any other platforms of firearms I will be purchasing the Samaritan from now on. In my opinion this is the best micro dot optic that there is available on the market hands down!

Love it

So I have the new Canik Mete Mc9 and was in the market for a red dot being a new gun I didn’t know if I would need an additional mounting plate or what but this dot mounts right on the slide and with the screws the was on the gun plate but I must say I love this red dot for so many different reasons it all co-witness with the iron sights the dot is nice and crisp and not to mention the big ass window I’m in love 10 out of 10 for sure

Superb Pistol Optic

NOTE - This should get 5 stars. I couldn’t get the 5th star to appear. I purchased a Samaritan green dot optic (with manual brightness) and put it on a Sig P365XL, I am very pleased with it. It fit directly on my Sig very well with the supplied mounting screws and Allen wrench. The mounting screws even had a bit of Loctite on them. Since putting the optic on my firearm, I have just now surpassed 1000 rds. After I zeroed in the optic, I have not had to make many adjustments to it, only minor ones to accommodate my shooting style. I’m essence, the optic has stayed zeroed after 1000 rds. The Surrender optic allows me to use the Sig’s existing iron sights. This co-witness feature eliminates the need to buy another set of higher iron sights. While the intensity of the dot is adjustable, I rarely ever change it. However, all my shooting to date has been done inside the same gun range where lighting conditions are constant. I have sighted it around home in many different lighting conditions from total darkness to full sun. The green dot is easy to see no matter what lighting conditions that exist and I still have little need to change its brightness. This year, I am using my P365XL in weekly USPSA competition matches. So far so good. With the optic’s large window, it is very easy for me to find targets and get a shot on them. I love the green dot. The 5 MOA dot is just the right size for competition use. The construction of the optic is of all metal design. It seems to be well made. And it’s cost is a fraction of most other optics.
